Trade Show

The XXVI Mint Directors Conference would like to welcome your organisation as a Trade Show Exhibitor.

The trade show will run from Monday 27 September 2010 to Tuesday 28 September 2010 and will be held at the conference venue - Hyatt Hotel Canberra.

The registration fee for the trade show will be AUD$2500.00. This registration fee includes 3m x 2m booth including one table, two chairs and an electrical socket.

A trade show booth will be allocated once your registration has been received and approved. Once a booth has been allocated, you will receive a floor plan to show you the position of your booth.

Should you require any technical support, please find below a list of what could be made available to you at an additional charge. Please specify what you will require by ticking any of the technical support options below.

Due to limited space the only equipment allowed to be brought with you are audio visual support, pamphlets and banners. If you would like to send these items to Canberra before the conference commences please send items addressed to;

Any products that are sent ahead of time will be taken to the Hyatt Hotel Canberra for booth set up on Sunday 26 September 2010.

You will be able to set up your exhibit from 1:00pm on Sunday 26 September 2010.Your exhibit must be completely packed down by 5:00pm on Tuesday 28 September 2010.
