Accommodation

Accommodation has been reserved for conference participants at the hotels detailed below. If you have any special requirements relating to accommodation please indicate this at time of booking.

Canberra accommodation booking requests must be accompanied by a deposit of one nights tariff. All conference participants are responsible for paying the balance of their account when checking out of their accommodation.

The conference final farewell is being held in Sydney and accommodation has been reserved at the Four Seasons Hotel for one night. At the time of booking, conference participants will be required to make a full payment on their acommodation.

The post conference accommodation has been reserved at the the Sebel Hotel Carins. Acommodation will be automatically booked on your behalf once payment of the Post Conference registration fees have been recieved. For your information, please find below a link to the Sebel Hotel Cairns.  

As part of the MDC 2010 conference, exclusive rates have been negotiated and are further detailed below. To ensure you recieve these rates, please quote the specific booking reference number for each accommodation option and  ensure that rooms are booked no later than the booking closing date.
